This notice covers information submitted through the AI Learning by E. Batiste parent interest form. It is an adult-facing inquiry form and is not intended for children to complete.
Information collected
The form asks for an adult's name, email address, optional telephone number, general location, relationship to a prospective learner, broad age bands, learning interests, concerns, available household technology, and preferred follow-up. Please do not submit a child's name, exact birth date, school, diagnosis, medical information, disability information, IEP, report card, or other detailed educational records.
How the information is used
The information is used to review whether the current AI Learning service may fit the family's stated needs and to respond to the adult who submitted the form. It is not used for automated decision-making or advertising profiles.
Where the submission goes
The form sends an email to Ezzard Batiste. The theme does not intentionally save the form contents in the WordPress database. The website host and email providers necessarily process technical and message data to deliver the site and email. No method of internet or email transmission is risk-free.
For abuse prevention, the form keeps a one-hour, one-way hash derived from the submitting IP address and adult email address. The hosting provider may also keep ordinary server logs. The current design loads its display fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive ordinary request information such as an IP address and browser details.
Sharing and sale
Inquiry information is not sold. It may be processed by service providers needed to operate the website and email, or disclosed when required by law. It is not shared with schools or unrelated marketers.
Retention
If no service relationship begins, the inquiry is normally deleted from email within 90 days. Information needed for an active conversation, legal obligation, security investigation, or service relationship may be retained longer for that limited purpose.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct, or delete an inquiry by emailing ezzard@ebatiste.com. You may also use that address to ask a privacy question before submitting the form.
Children
This website's interest form is directed to adults. AI Learning does not knowingly invite children to submit personal information through it. If you believe a child submitted personal information, email the address above so it can be reviewed and removed.
